Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation and follow-up activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good phone voice, comfortable talking to customers.
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
